When I was in my new school of work and I introduced the idea of integrating ICT in teaching and learning and no one welcomed the idea as they all wondered how possible how possible that could though the school proprietor had brought the idea. The rest of the colleagues started seeing me as a threat to their jobs and even those who had become my friends first avoided me for sometime.

I felt excluded, rejected and so low before my workmates..

To this I may relate students in class who may be having brilliant and good ideas(fast learners) but they may be excluded either by a teacher who does not want to be challenged by learners or fellow classmates who may just not like them for their ideas hence being excluded for their ideas
