Attitude towards learners

Learners with diverse needs are generally labelled as "academic dwarfs"  and the communities have not embraced them fully hence most of the parents tend to hide such children with special needs and do not even make attempt to take them to schools. There is need for bodies that advocate for children's right to work together with the  law enforcement agencies in our  countries to punish parents who do not cooperate and take their children with diverse needs to schools, but after sensitisation has been to such parents.
