Many teachers in my country are there only due inability to secure a lucrative government jobs and use their stressed minds to make rather unnecessary or negative comment on weak learner's performances when they couldn't meet the expectation.

Sometimes teachers get bored due teaching commitments and tend to show lacadaisical approach to teaching and pay much attention on pupils' note taking.

The advice i will give these teachers is that,  they should clear their minds and give teaching their best shot and bear in mind that a teacher is a highly respected personality that groom and nurture young minds into intellectuals of tomorrow.

Teachers should also include constructive plays and games they can engage the learners and themselves in their classes to make learning a little bit funnier.
