Activity 4.3 Understanding OERs - One thing I learnt about OER

One thing I have learnt about OER is that because OERs are free resources, the quality of contents cannot be guaranteed, and so it is subject to user's discretion. That is why Educational institutions must have policies in place for the use of the contents as reference materials by both lecturers and students.
