I am very impressed with the Observation Tool. I believe it will help a lot in assessing effective teaching/learning. However, I also share the opinion that it might not be very appropriate to sub-saharan African context.

Good observation Kabir. I share your thoughts. Could you highlight areas that may be a challenges in Sub Saharan Africa and make some suggest those which in your view could work.
