1. How will I know thatall learners are engages especiall in a class with large number of students/learners/trainees?
2. As a trainer/ teacher, how sure I'm I that the learner respects me but does not fear me now that I come from a context of higher power distance between elders and children?

4. In the case of dialogue, how do I deal with a learner who asks/says only what the learner would want to hear or is pleased by?
5. In the event that I as a trainers cannot speak the language in which the learners are most comfortable in but I have the content and skill to deliver, how do I go about this?E.g when a child is most comfortable in mother tongue but I am able to instruct comfortably in English
6. When I as a trainer/ teacher is able to do daily informa assessments, how sure I'm I that the learner will still meet the set national standards of assessments without only preparing the learner to pass national examinations?
