Looking back and reflecting on a lesson that I have taught recently, I was able to have each learner express themsleves in the lesson that I was teaching and allow time for individual presentations. I think this assisted the learners to have an opportunity tp listen to other presentations as well build on their confidence and uderstanding of the sunject matter. Time was the limiting factor and I think that if each learner had a few minutes to do the preentation then we would have everyone present. 

The LCE criteria that I find most easy to empliend are all 7 except mutual respect between teacher and learner. I think this i shaped strongly by my cultural background. I am able to respect learners but I have a difficulty in dealing with learners who may not be respectful to me as teacher/ trainer. Additionally, when training learner s who are much older than me, I find a challenge in setting the pase for them to be abe to realize that respect is a two way traffic.
