2.2 Putting Policy into Practice

Teachers play the most crucial role of supporting the changes to educate girls. Teachers should welcome and encourage girls to attend and participate in education, and to foresee success

Change is not always easy and may face a lot of challenges. Changing the mindset to see girls at schools may be hard, and their may be negative attitudes towards the girls and education.

A lot of resources may require to make the program work. One of them is providing healthy meal everyday for students. Parents and communities are to support the program to make it a success

Policymakers are to develop policy that contributes to the success of the program. For example parents will be fine if they don't their children to school.
