What does inclusive teaching looks like

Active teaching engages students, and are therefore acts of empowerment causing students to responds positively and actively in their own learning. Students' responses will depend much on the practice of the teacher....

A, Teacher dictates  from textbook  can be boring for some students... additional suggestion to replace that approach may include...

1.short  videomatics from extracts from the text may be presented  as stimulus material comprising series of sketches or cartoons linked into video form for class discussions....

2. give students worksheet containing snippets from the text... let the specific students read the extracts and point by point generate a robust discussion about the content.... be creative

3. let the students read the text overnight and make brief presentation on points of reference...

B. Teacher always stand at the front... can be distracting for some students...

1. the teacher can circulate around the classroom so he or she can see quickly students who are struggling...

2. teacher can stand behind the class; the students know you are there but will focus more on the activity than on the teachers as focal point of reference.....

3. teachers who walk around the classroom gets a better chance to monitor more students at work.... this is a highly effective classroom management tool.

Agree Lexford with your points, in addition to what you have said about  the teacher standing at the front of the class if the teacher moves around she can tell if the students are all actually following  the instructions given.
