Self Introduction

Hi. My name is Joseph Mwangi from Nakuru, Kenya.

I work as the Principal of Nakuru Training Institute, a TVET institution that offers competency based education and training to young adults in various trade areas. Inclusivity is very important so that we offer the courses that learners want, not what we select for them. It also helps us make reasonable adjustments in training and assessment processes. As its said, nothing, without us is for us.
