Inclucive Principles in Practice

The Wave Model evidenced in the case study clip on visual impairment on Clifford as the focal point exposed the fact that I, as a facilitator in the class has to:

  • Be observant and pro-active
  • Engage the learners at all times
  • Collaborate with other teachers to resolve any learning difficulty.
As a teacher too, I should realize that learning is a joint venture between the school and home. So parents must always be involved in the education of their children in order to track their progress.
The Buddy scheme should also be encouraged.
