As an individual, I have been using OERs for a long time. This is because I engage teachers in training and those who are doing their course papers. These OERs are resourceful for readers of educational material at no cost. I have found these to be useful in answering questions about teaching; as they are not only free, but many are broad based high quality research material that help to amplify and address an educational concern or provide an avenue for enriched debate. Although internet connectivity can be bothersome at times, teachers at my school have access to computers and personal devices to engage OERs.....
