I would like to note that feedback is a good classroom culture which many teacher d not really know how to utilize properly. When some teachers hear if feedback,they feel it's just negative feedback or to comment on what the learner isn't doing well.
Feedback is way beyond that. The teacher should be able to tell learners when they are doing well and encourage them to continue. Also, there should be comments to make them understand a concept or an idea better.

Having thought in a basic school, I have seen drastic change in learners behavior simply because I was always commenting on any single good behavior of them including participating actively in class, putting on neat school uniform and coming to school on time. Etc.
