Collaborative and social skills: Some learners may be naturally introvert and working with others is not part of their life style. How to change the behaviour after several trials, how does one get the learner to engage with others and benefit from collaborative learning. The teacher can try social skills in the classroom and outside involving different activities. Once again we can see the importance of observation skills on the part of the teacher and the need to try different teaching and learning strategies in the spirit of flexibility for inclusivity.
