Observant, flexibility and raising self esteem

The ideas I have drawn from the video clip is that as a teacher, I should:
Create a positive collaborative atmosphere by encouraging my learners to work together so that everyone would be carried along. And while they do that, I would have to move around the class to ensure that everyone is engaged and no learner is excluded.
I would also try to learn languages my learners speak so as to ensure effective communication.
Also as much as the goal is not to see who comes first or last. Giving learners task inorder to check their progress is essential.
