Understanding OER

Open Educational Resources can be accessed on the internet by anyone. Therefore,  OER teaching and learning resources are available under the intellectual public license and allows free access to all the materials or techniques used to support learning. 

Educational institutions can adapt policies that will allow for OER resources to  be used in their institution.
