Wrongs teachers make which could be corrected

Teachers make wrongs which could be corrected. I give the following::

1. Teachers stand in front of class as learners work. Instead they should be checking as student work to find out whether they are in the right direction and refocusing them or assigning some talented  students more work.

2. Some learners feel afraid to give wrong answers. Teacher should allow students to speak freely in a safe classroom environment where mistakes are process of learning, where they feel loved and cared for and their interests are paramount.Ad others with suggested solutions.

Florence, I think another wrong may include:

Teacher asking learners questions, some students raising up their hands and  respond correctly to the teacher's question,  then the teacher  assumes ALL learners understood the concepts taught and moves on.
