We unwittingly exclude some students in learning and achieving their potential by not paying them much attention, focusing on content coverage, not being very careful in using language that may discourage them, assuming certain behavior is a result of misbehavior, one could be deaf. Every teacher can do something to facilitate the disabled to learn in wave 1 of wave model.

I will be careful when making conclusions about students, be more learner centred, b very careful in use of language, not be quick to conclude an action is misconduct and do something to help the disabled to learn, be more observant to notice learners who may be excluded and include them.
