Structures to be in place to support use of OERs in my place

  1. Policy to support their use especially where school books are vetted and approved
  2. Internet connectivity
  3. Teacher awareness they exist and ability to use them to support implementation of school curriculum
  4. Teacher ability to search,access, locate the resources and use
  5. Knowledge of implication of each of the six licences and which would be safe or applicable without charges
