Action planning for inclusive teaching and learning

Before this course, my understanding for teaching was more of treating students as a group of learners not individuals. I have realized that inclusive learning is necessary at all levels of education and all teachers need to imbibe the skills of inclusive education to make learning fun not an ordeal. The aspect of inclusive education I will like to employ to make my teaching more learner centered is the group work criteria.
