Wrongs things some teachers do

Learners work in silence: The teacher could asked learners to pair up and work together using think -pair -share. It will engage students in learning talk and knowledge exchange.

Teachers ask closed questions: Teachers should ask pen ended questions which have many answers and engage the mind rather than rote. A teacher could prove for deep thinking.
