Observant, Flexible and Self esteem

Both the primary school teacher and the secondary school teacher are excellent in observing the three principles, observant, flexible and self esteem. The primary school teacher despite the large class involves all learners in activities and calls them by name and motivates them by telling them' very good'. The secondary school teacher involves the learners by telling them to dictate work to each other and allows and encourages a student without hands to write with toes. He works with all thee learners.
