Cultural beliefs and disabilty issues

In Africa,as stated by Danile on attitudes,it affects the education of persons with disability.Some households fear what will happen to their disabled children in school hence not settled at home.In the villages in rural areas and in towns too,such households are disrciminated upon.Some institutions also feel burdened by disabled students as they want to concetrate more on those who are able and can perform better
