Activity 2.1 - Education policy.

The government's priorities for education is to ensure that no student is left offline, thus enabling them to engage in online learning.

The system is inclusive by an Adopt-a-School initiative where co-operate sponsors can donate devices to learners who are economically deficient.

The should also ensure that the learners have  stable internet connectivity.

Good policies and initiatives, Homad. With these government initiatives, would you say that no learner is left out of education in your country?

David sadly to say, there are still alot of students who cannot access devices and internet for their online classes.

In such instances, work is printed by the teachers and submitted in school for the parents to collect. This is done every two weeks.

These are positive strides towards inclusive education Homad. With  collaborative efforts from all stakeholders in creating awareness of need to include all leaners in education, the future looks promising.

I agree with you David. In my country It says 'Every child can learn and every must learn.' In this case no child is left behind.

2.1 Education Policy

I agree that technology can be beneficial in helping all children, so that no child is left behind because we are living in the technological era.

2.1 Education Policy

The government's priorities for education is to ensure that no child is excluded.

In my country to ensure that the system is inclusive the government:

  • provide every child the opportunity to attend school at all levels through Universal Education regardless of age, sex, religion, race or socio-economic status
  • ensure that schools are equipped and furnished with the tools necessary for effective teaching and learning
included programs to cater for the creation of a safe and friendly environment to all and sundry.

I think that government can also provide scholarships to teachers to gain training to deal with students with learning and other disabilities.

They should also include trained Specialists to the staff of each school.

I believe with these inclusions the system will be better equipped to include all students .
