Feeling Excluded

In high school. My mathematics teacher believed I could not grasp math content. When I asked questions on how to calculate some sums I found difficult, his answer was always 'try again'.

My friend would ask the same question and he would show her.

We agreed with my friend issues math is her responsibility to ask, then she would explain to me.

Thank you Joy for sharing your experience. It is quite unfortunate that the teacher excluded you in the mathematics lessons due to his attitudes. It's should be the duty of every teacher to care and include all learners in the learning process.

My experience
When I was in primary school I felt excluded.

Q. By whom were you excluded?

A. I felt excluded by some of my fellow students

Q. Why were you excluded?

A. We could not afford very showy clothing to school.

Q. Where were you excluded? Especially during outdoor activity time but it would happen even in class.
