Felt included

I felt included on a number of situations. First, when I was given responsibilities such as student warden, student Dean and acting Head of department. I felt included because I was able to make certain decisions, which others could take. Other people consulted me on issues that required my attention and they also sought assistance from me.

Students who fail to answer questions correctly are often laughed at by their class mates. They might feel included by discouraging others from laughing at them and giving them positive reinforcements. The students need to change their mindset by looking at failure of anything as normal and part of life.
