I felt included when fellow lecturers sought my assistance and attention on a matter even if I did not belong to their Department per se.

1.2 Feeling Included

Dear Kabwe,

Thanks for sharing, your experience. Most recently, this has been my experience at the workplace, however, I have not interpreted this occurrence as being included, since at times such involvement is miss interpreted and a cause for feelings of exclusion for my fellow colleagues.
