1.3 Experiences of exclusion and inclusion in education

Dear Colleagues,

Regarding 'acts/behaviours that facilitate inclusion, terms such as: careful observation, tools, attention, support and praised stood out and were key skills/accesses needed to assist the student.

The term ‘Laddering the activity’ was very new to me.
