Education policy

In my country, the Ministry of Education, in compliance with the Incheon Declaration, passed a law whereby all categories of learners be given the opportunity to attend the same schools.

However, this law needs to be enforced; and teachers need to be given enough training. It is true that in every regional board, there is at least one specialist in child psychiatry. Nevertheless, seeing the great demand on these specialists, they are overwhelmed.
