The Wave Model

The Wave Model is a great method to develop inclusivity in the classroom.  The first wave is what I should try to employ more of in my own teaching inorder to make all students feel welcomed and apart off.   This model has allowed me to understand better how to interact with a particuar class where all the students were classified as "Special".
