Observing teaching.

The list presented by the World Bank as far as the criteria to observe comprises various interesting - and useful - tools for the observation.

However, the measurability of some criteria is hard to define. Indeed, a criterion such as perseverance - or even autonomy - are hard  to assess.

As for Rafael Mitchell's critique, I believe that it is correct. Classroom management in peer support is necessary. This can be seen through collaborative activities administered in class.

I agree with you about measurability, Rachid. Many of these are dispositions and attitudes which one may be able to observe and make an assumption about, but not necessarily measure and be sure about.
