Government's priority for education right now are to ensure that all students have access to equal oppoetunities in education.  Inorder to ensure this the government is working to distribute devices as well as other relevant materials to students e.g meals.  They are working with the private sector to ensure that no one is left behind.  However as it relates to students with some level of physical impairment these measures are not successfully reaching this population who may also have issues maneuvering simple technology and they lack social guidance or support at home.
