2.1 education policy

Government has establish schools for disabilities and have train  teachers attend such schools.

Government has ensure that all learner's are in school  those who drop school are ensure to be back to school by ministry

I do agree that some different forums can be used to help with children who may be feel excluded due to their academics. This benefit children who may have skillsets and are able to utilize this and contribute to society in a more meaningful way.
