There have been instances whereby I was the only expert in the room and it was more of a talk and chalk concept however over the years I have learnt to appreciate what students bring to the table.  Recently it was observed that some of the "low performers" said to me "miss you does tell we that we could be anything most teachers doh say that'' such a statement has been the product of acknowledgeing their strengths.
