3.2 Experiences of professional development

A professional development experience which always challenge my thinking is to find strategies that I know will work that will reach all my students and Forster learning for all.  Sometimes we think that a strategy will work and during the lesson or upon evaluating we find out that we need to use another strategy because sometimes the one we choose to use for certain lesson is not always effective.
