Attitude towards learners

I believe that everyone needs to become more aware of the various learning disabilities and know how to handle a situation with a disabled child. By educating ourselves, we can become better equipped to identify disabilities and ways to help treat same. By understanding that every child is different and has his/her own wealth of knowledge, you can allow children to be more social and have then gain the confidence needed a s learners. Encourage children to make and learn from their own mistakes and reward them when they show improvement.

I agree with you on this, teachers attitudes towards diverse learners with special needs play a very important role in building inclusive classrooms, negative attitudes exclude them while positive attitude encourage, motivate and give them opportunity to belong.

I fully agree but it not easily persuade fast enough for positive action to take place.  we need to be more assertive with policy makers as well as those who implement and evaluate the policy in the environment
