Activity 3.3.

Math lesson

Observant

Teacher involves all students in activities. Review the previous knowledge on the topic before starting a new concept. He uses his time to maneuver throughout the classes. 

Flexible

 The teacher encouraged older students to work in groups while attending to younger students. 

The teacher used home languages for the younger students to understand.

When the teacher is confused about what a student has said, he asks the older students to explain to him, so for the next interaction with the child he will be able to understand. 

Raising self esteem

 The teacher encourages the students to work together, and help one another so no one is left behind thus creating a positive collaborative learning environment. The teacher breaks tasks into smaller activities and allow students to help one another.

Activity 3.3 Three Principles

With all said about the teachers and his three principles that he actually is a good teacher. I can say that he is organized and well prepared. Has his classroom management well set. Even the environment is congested he keeps and focuses on his students and on his delivery of his lessons.

yes Sasha the teacher displayed excellent classroom management and he was able to keep all student interesting in the activity
