As an Ecce teacher I believe that hands-on learning and guidance is need for young children. Children learn by doing and thus giving them the opportunity to, will greatly benefit each child. You as a teacher should plan and prepare for each child's ability and thus providing experiences to help improve the child's abilities. 

I reflected on : number 5 and 10 

5- Teacher always stand at the front of classroom- 

In an Ecce setting, the classroom is encouraged to be set up in such a way, that the teacher can have access to all students. Easy access to help any child and I also go down to the child's level (physically), 

10- Teacher always ask closed questions with yes and no answers.

I believe that children should be allowed to share their thoughts and ideas.  By asking open ended questions such as what do you think? and How can? are questions that allow the child to share their ideas and views, whether it be about the lesson or activity or just simply their experiences.
