3.3 "Involving All" in action

Video: Shows a lower primary mathematics lesson

Observant - The teacher pays attention to the weaker students and help them out by explaining and making sure they understands. He involves all students in the activities. When starting a new topic or subject, the teacher tend to go from weak to strong. The teacher uses his time effectively as he moves seamless between his two classes.

Flexible - The teacher encourages his students to work together and help one another so that no one is left out. He uses home language of his students so that they can gradually learn the language. when the teacher was confused, he asked old students to explain the meaning for him.

Self - esteem - The teacher breaks things up into very small activities for each class so that students can manage to do it. He encourage those students who are struggling to work alongside others who can. The teacher encourages his students to work together, in doing so he creates a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
