Observant: She identified the type of students she has e.g income, abilities, 

Flexible: she employed different modes of grasping the attention of the students e.g using native language combined with english, role playing so everyone has equal opportunity, 

Self-Esteem: Listening to contributions made by students, giving constructive positive feedback which would act as motivation.
