Activity 3.2 Observing teaching

I think that the most difficult to define from the list is social and collaborative skills. I say this because at the time of observation a teacher might make decision that the observer may not understand but the teacher has good reasons. Teachers change their plans for teaching in the spure of the moment sometimes based on how the learner is responding and their knowledge of the individual student. Therefore by observing a teacher in action with her collaborative skills may not be clearly understood by the observer.

I agree we as teachers tend to change our plans in the spur of the moment but forget that each student learns differently and we may not reach each student whenever we do such.
