Activity 3.3 'Involving all in action"

In the first video I saw the teacher allowing his students to support one another by allowing them to work in groups. He moves seamlessly from one class to the other without disturbing the flow of learning. He was flexible by adapting his language to the home tongue of the students. He helps build their self esteem by praising them he reviews his plan and breaks down tasks into smaller ones to facilitate the slower learners.  I noticed that the teacher's attitude was very positive and he really tried to make the learning fun.

Hi Nisher,

Thanks for your contribution which help me to revisit the video.

What struck me is that the teacher build their self esteem by directing the praises to them individually. He used their names and took the time to look at each of their work as they showed their attempts.

Thanks much

Dr. A. Williams

Very true Nisher. The teacher was very observant, flexible and made his learners feel valued and cared for.
