3.3 "Involving All" in action

Video: Shows a lower primary Mathematics lesson

Observant - The teacher pays attention to the weaker students ad help them out by explaining and making sure they understands. He involves all students in the activities. When starting a new topic or subject, the teacher tend to go from weak to strong. The teacher uses his time effectively as he moves seamlessly between his two classes.

Flexible - The teacher encourages his students to work together and help one another so that no one is left out. He uses home language of his students so that they can gradually learn the language. When the teacher was confused, he asked old students to explain the meaning for him.

Self - esteem - The teacher breaks things up into very small activities for each class so that students can manage to do it. He encourages those students who are struggling to work alongside others who can. The teacher encourages his students to work together, in doing so he creates a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

From what I observe I am amazed with this teacher form the video. 

 I do agree with you Mrs. Renata he definitely has the three principles. I can add that  the teacher has that perseverance. He stated that there are challenges.  I like the strategy he used on working weak to stronger this even helps the students to review concepts. He even older students to interpret for him. 

I am so amazed on how he can deal with so many students. I have deal with two classes and I admire teachers who has multigrade classes. 

As it was stated effective classroom management is very essential. Active learning keeps students learning.

Renata, I agree the teacher was observant enough to recognize his learners' needs.

He was flexible too as he built variety into his teaching to suit  learners needs.

Both teachers focused on making their learners feel valued and cared for.
