3.5 Minimum criteria and learner - centered teaching

Part A - In the secondary English lesson the teacher:

1) Involved all her students

2) Regularly checks students understanding of the lesson

3) A student with no arms was fully included in all activities

Part B - Two ways in which I could have made the lesson more learner centered

1) Open - Ended questions - to stimulate the students critical thinking skills.

2) Use of Technology

Hi Renata,

Thanks for your clearly stated contribution.

I like the idea of the 'use of technology' since if planned and structured well, it is a very good tool/resource available/accessible to us as we continue to facilitate the learning processes and classroom activities of our 21st. Century Learners.
