My understanding about OER

My understanding about OERs is that it is very resourceful and available for us teachers. It provides a lot of free resources which are very helpful for us teachers to improve in planning and improving our teaching skills. OERs can is essential to make our lessons be more effective and as a result have more engagement in our class.
