Involving all 3.3

Observant: Skillfully monitoring students and involving them in purposefully activities. 

Self-Esteem: Encouraging older students to work in groups and help eachother.

Flexible: Teacher moving seamlessly between classes making sure all students are engaged in their activities.

Just wanted to add:

Observant: The Teacher gives attention to the weaker ones.

Flexible: The Teacher is able to use strategies so that no child is left out in the learning process.

Self Esteem: The Teacher encourages the students and gives them opportunities to work together so that the stronger students can help the weaker students.
