Invloving All

Amazing this is more than just multi grade. So much children different grade yet the teacher was able to engage all his students, assist all his students meeting their needs.

Patience

He exercise a lot of patience working with all of his students and shows little frustrations.

Group work

He uses group work very effectively. Everyone has something do to they are all engage.

Pair teaching

Sometimes students learn better from their peer and he encourages a lot of between his struggling students and high achievers. 

What is very outstanding in this video is his classroom engagement although he has a lot of students having them engage that reduce any behavior problem and him moving around also and constantly checking for students understanding to play an important part. I would use all his strategies.
