This course has provided me with a whole lot of resources and how I can access these resources in accomplishing my job. One of our challenges when it comes to Inclusive Education is the lack or resources and training in Special Education. As a Special Education Officer, in the Ministry of Education in Belize I provide support to teachers to support special educational needs students in both the inclusive  and special education classroom setting.   one way I support them is providing them training with training oh how to support these students and help them to embrace inclusion for these children in order to close the gap of the lack or training in Special Education. So this knowledge I have gain and the resources will definitely assist me in providing a much better support.
