Activity 3.7 Inclusivity challenges

 

  • Low numeracy levels: the teacher can introduce some level of one to one session with the student during break and lunch time.
  • Being in a large class: peer tutoring. The teacher could group her students by their level ensuring that a more advance student is in each group.
  • Specific learning difficulties: the teacher should get assistance from a specialist to identify the disability in order to assist the student. She can also collaborate with parents to find out what works and what doesn’t work.
