Activity 4.3 understanding OERs


One thing that I have learnt about OER is that it provides teachers and persons the opportunity to gather teaching, learning and resources materials free of charge. It is also interesting to know that persons are also expose to opportunity to complete certified courses with full complement of books, software, how to use technology and many more.
